Methodology
How the mentorship works
Every mentorship journey is designed to blend self-awareness, strategy and action.
Before starting, mentee and mentor meet for an initial conversation to align expectations, understand objectives and ensure there is genuine synergy. This moment is essential to guarantee a productive, transformative and truly personalised experience.
In individual mentorships, the mentee sets the pace and priorities. Every session is fully dedicated to their challenges and goals, creating a safe space for reflection, planning and professional growth.
In group mentorships, people with similar goals and challenges grow together. The collective exchange strengthens learning and shows that progress often becomes easier when shared with those on a similar path.
Each programme is a bridge between an experienced mentor and professionals determined to advance in their careers. Whether you seek a promotion, a career transition or a new direction, the process offers tailored mentorship, genuine inspiration and practical tools for holistic development.
Duration
Programmes from 2 to 6 months, with weekly or fortnightly sessions.

Between-session support via email and WhatsApp for questions, reflections and reinforcement of practices
